Clinton Culinary was formed to support small and startup entrepreneurs. The goal is to increase the availability of local, healthy, and affordable food products and food-related employment.
The Culinary will offer 5 entrepreneurial spaces enabling a wide variety of food businesses to start and grow.
Food entrepreneurs seeking to start and grow a business within Clinton Culinary will be encouraged to have or develop a business plan, and have goals to ultimately graduate from the Clinton Culinary and expand into their own independent facility within Clinton.
Plans will take time and Clinton Culinary will be flexible in its leasing options in order to support the individual needs of each food business.
On-site business planning and development classes will be offered utilizing a CDFI and other community partners.
Clinton Culinary’s mission provides access to fresh food for those that live and work in downtown Clinton.
Clinton Culinary will focus on small business incubation and offer new opportunities for food entrepreneurs open, sustain, and grow in order to become economically self-sufficient.
