Parking
Residential and commercial tenants of the Wilson Lofts are able to use the City-owned parking lots located within one block of the property. Tenants will receive a parking pass at lease signing. Contact information (phone number and mailing address) and vehicle information (license plate number) must be provided in order to receive the parking permit. These lots are all owned and maintained by the City of Clinton. For more information and to view a parking map, click here.

The residential portion of Wilson Lofts is secured at all times. Residents and their guests will have separate, designated entrances. Residents will have mobile phone access to allow visitors in, that visitors access by call box. Commercial first floor incubators, Clinton Culinary and Makers on 5th, do not have direct access from within the building. You must enter the incubators in the same way the general public must enter from 5th Avenue South.

Each unit has an individual washer and dryer. The unit also comes with a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and microwave.

Elevator
Wilson Lofts is equipped with a brand new, state-of-the-art elevator system. The elevator can accommodate moving large items. Pads and hooks are required to protect the cab’s interior when moving anything large within the elevator. Please contact property manager when this is necessary.

The Wilson Lofts offers broadband only, meaning all operable TV/monitors receive video exclusively through non-traditional sources (streaming). Internet service is available through cable or fiber-optic internet service. Two provider options are available for Wilson Lofts tenants to choose from are Mediacom or Miles Communication. Miles Communication offers fiber-optic internet service.
